Norman Binkley has adopted a Standard School Attire Policy. Our SSA policy is as follows:
- Pants, shorts, skirts, and dresses must be black, navy blue, or any shade of khaki.
- All shirts must have a collar and short or long sleeves and be tucked inside.
- Students may wear red, blue, green, or yellow shirts in addition to the MNPS district colors of white and navy blue.
- Students may not wear tee shirts, denim jeans of any color, and pants and shorts cannot have cargo pockets.
- Students in grades 2,3 and 4 must wear a belt if the garment has belt loops.
